RCA WO-91A Oscilloscope

Offered here is a RCA WO-91A  oscilloscope. This scope came from the collection of a TV shop operator and it has had some repair and parts replaced and displays a waveform on the screen, see the pictures. I have not operated it because I do not have a set of probes for it. I put a offer price of $45 because I do not know what to offer so if someone wants to make an offer I will entertain any fair offer. This scope is a brick at 32lbs. to say the least but I don't want to just chuck it and don't need it for myself. It does have one knob missing.
