American Clipper D7T Radio Microphone (SOLD)
- This is a American Clipper D7T push to talk microphone made by the American Microphone Co., Los Angeles. Made in the 1940's, this microphone is distinctive as it is marked "LAPD" on the neck and "40" on the top of the head. I assume this was a patrol car radio microphone as evidenced by the wear on the hang-up ring on top. This is a piece of LAPD history. I did a continuity check and the readings are as follows in the photos. Shipping of this all metal mic is 2lbs. Contact me with any questions.
